Stop playing calendar tetris.
Find a time for everyone.

Bring everyone’s availability together and get the meeting booked. Less chasing, fewer emails, more time back.

The people you invite never need an account

See how group scheduling works
A simplified example of group availability matching.

When everyone needs to be there, checking one calendar is only the start.

How group scheduling works

One request. Everyone’s availability. One time that works.

Bring the group together, then let Meetris find the overlap.

  1. 01

    Create the meeting

Add the people, duration and date range. Include optional attendees if you like.

  2. 02

    Everyone responds

Invitees connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, or share times manually. No account needed.

  3. 03

    See the overlap

Meetris finds the best matches without showing anyone’s calendar details.

  4. 04

    Book a time

Confirm a match yourself, or ask Meetris to pick when everyone needed has shared.

Big on groups.
Good at the everyday meetings, too.

One-time 1:1 requests

Just the two of you.

For a one-time meeting, let your invitee book a time or choose the final slot yourself. They can connect a calendar to check the overlap.

Built for real-world scheduling

Assistants can schedule on someone else’s behalf.

Already have access to an executive’s calendar? Connect your account and choose their shared calendar. No separate Meetris delegation setup.

  • Create requests and share availability on their behalf
  • Use the calendar permissions you already have

Frequently asked questions

Questions people actually ask.

No. They don’t need an account, an app, or a subscription. They open the link you send and either connect a calendar or tap the times that work on a grid, so even someone who keeps no calendar at all can answer in a few taps. Whatever they choose, they never make a password.

No. Connecting your calendar is the fastest option, but it is not required. You can always select the times that work for you manually.

CC your Meetris AI Assistant on an email just like you would a human assistant. It understands who the meeting is with, how long it should take and when it should happen, then prepares the scheduling request for you to review. Need to change something later? Reply in the same thread and your assistant can help reschedule, cancel or update the meeting. Nothing goes out until you approve it, unless you switch that review off yourself: that setting is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it back off at any time.

Only if you want them to. Two ways: give a trusted person permission to see when you are free, so a time can be found without emailing you first; or make a booking link, which shows anyone holding it when you are free so they can book a time in one tap. Both stay inside the working hours and the notice you asked for, both are off until you switch them on, and you can pause, rename or delete a link at any time. Everyone else still needs your approval.

Meetris works with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365. Scheduling and Clear My Day work with both. People you invite can also share their availability manually, so they don’t need a supported calendar to take part.

For scheduling, only when you’re free and when you’re busy: not titles, guests or notes, and that is all Meetris ever reads from the people you invite. Clear My Day is the exception, reading your own events because it exists to show you your day and what could move. With your permission Meetris also creates and updates the events it schedules for you. You can disconnect a calendar from Settings at any time, which stops all future reads immediately. Your calendar data is never sold and never used to train general-purpose AI models.
