If You Are Not Signed In, We Store Nothing

Visiting meetris.ai sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There is no advertising pixel, no marketing pixel and no tag manager.

Two measurement scripts do run, served from meetris.ai itself: one counts page views, the other times how quickly the page loaded. Neither sets a cookie, reads one, or stores anything in your browser, and neither is told which invitation link you followed. They are described in full under "Page Views And Loading Speed" in the Privacy Policy.

That is also why you are not being asked to accept anything. A cookie banner exists to get your permission for non-essential storage, and there is none here to permit.

The Cookies We Set, In Full

Three, all set by Meetris itself, all only after you sign in. There are no third-party cookies.

• A session cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is signed, and checked against our database on every request.
• An OAuth state cookie, which lasts a few minutes during sign-in and protects you from a cross-site request forgery attack.
• A PKCE cookie, which lasts the same few minutes and stops an intercepted sign-in code from being usable by anyone else.

All three are set so your browser cannot expose them to scripts, are sent only over HTTPS, and are restricted from being sent by other sites. Without them you could not sign in at all.

Preferences Kept In Your Browser

A few small settings are remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. They never leave your device and are not sent to us.

We Do Not Use Analytics Or Advertising Cookies

The page-view and loading-speed measurement described above works without cookies, which is why this policy still has nothing to ask you about. There is no tag manager, and there are no advertising or marketing pixels. No cookie on this site exists for measurement, and nothing stored in your browser identifies you.

We do record a short list of product events on our own servers, such as an invitation being opened. That is described in full under "How We Measure Usage" in the Privacy Policy. It never includes calendar contents, it is never sold, and it is not used to build advertising or marketing profiles.

We do use an error-reporting service to find crashes. It is configured not to collect personal information, not to trace your activity, and never to record your screen, because doing so would capture calendar contents. Reports are scrubbed in your browser before they are sent.

Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to:

• delete cookies
• block cookies
• control cookie preferences

Please note that disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of Meetris from functioning correctly.

Cookie Retention

The two sign-in cookies last a few minutes and are deleted as soon as sign-in completes, successfully or not.

The session cookie lasts until it expires or you sign out. Signing out deletes it immediately.

Nothing else is kept, because nothing else is set.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Service or our website.
