Getting Started with Meetris: Three Ways to Stop Playing Calendar Tetris

Meetris·September 24, 2026

Scheduling is not always the same problem.

Sometimes you need to arrange one specific conversation with one person. Sometimes several calendars have to align. And sometimes you simply want a link that people can use whenever they need to book time with you.

Meetris offers one-time 1:1 requests and group requests, with reusable booking links available to selected beta accounts. Choose the workflow that fits the meeting.

Choose how you want to schedule

1. Send a one-time 1:1 request

Use a 1:1 request when you want to arrange one specific meeting with one specific person.

Add the participant, meeting title, duration, date range and location. Meetris then sends a private link showing the times when you are available. Your invitee can connect their own Google or Microsoft calendar to see only the times when you are both free, or continue without connecting and select a time manually.

This is ideal for a particular conversation that needs its own context and timeframe: an investor call, an interview, a client discussion or a catch-up next week.

2. Coordinate a group meeting

Use a group request when several specific people need to attend.

Add the required and optional participants, duration and relevant date range. Each person shares availability by connecting a calendar or choosing suitable times manually. No Meetris account is required.

Meetris brings the responses together and shows the strongest overlap. Optional participants remain optional, so their availability does not prevent an otherwise suitable time from being selected.

Once you confirm the best option, Meetris sends the calendar invitation to everyone.

3. Share a reusable booking link

Use a booking link for meetings you offer repeatedly, such as a 15-minute introduction, a 30-minute call or a 60-minute consultation.

Set the duration, booking window, location and calendars that should be checked. Then add the link to your email signature, website or messages.

A booking link starts with times available on the calendars you selected. The visitor can book one directly, or enter their email and connect Google or Microsoft Calendar to see only times when both sides are free. Connection is optional.

Your invitees never need an account

Your invitees do not need to sign up for Meetris. For a 1:1 or group request, they can connect a supported calendar or respond without connecting. A booking-link visitor can do the same before choosing a time.

For ordinary scheduling, Meetris only needs free/busy information. It does not need to reveal event titles, descriptions, guests or notes to the organizer.

Start with the meeting in front of you

Use a 1:1 request for one particular conversation and mutual calendar matching. Use a group request when several specific calendars need to align. If booking links are enabled for your account, use one when people should be able to book a repeatable meeting type.

Three workflows, one goal: less Calendar Tetris for everyone involved.
